安全启动更新无法更新安全启动变量，错误为此计算机上未启用安全启动

错误事件“安全启动更新无法更新安全启动变量，错误为此计算机上未启用安全启动，事件1796，TPM-WMI”。

该错误原因是未开启安全启动和TPM，只需要BIOS中开启这两项，报错就会消失。

一、开启TPM

部分主板可能用 PTT（Intel） 或 fTPM（AMD） 替代“TPM”。

Intel平台

华硕（ASUS）主板：Advanced Mode（按F7）→ Advanced → PCH-FW Configuration → PTT（Platform Trust Technology） 设为 Enabled。

微星（MSI）主板：Advanced Mode（按F7）→ Settings → Security → Trusted Computing → Security Device Support 设为 Enabled，或 TPM Device Selection 选 PTT。

技嘉（Gigabyte）主板：Settings → Miscellaneous（杂项） → Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) 设为 Enabled。

华擎（ASRock）主板：Advanced Mode（按F6）→ Security → Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) 设为 Enabled。

铭瑄（MAXSUN）主板：Advanced → Trusted Computing → Intel Platform Trust Technology 设为 Enabled。

AMD平台

华硕（ASUS）主板：Advanced Mode（按F7）→ Advanced → AMD fTPM configuration → TPM Device Selection 设为 Firmware TPM。

微星（MSI）主板：Advanced Mode（按F7）→ Settings → Security → Trusted Computing → AMD fTPM switch 设为 AMD CPU fTPM 或 Security Device Support 设为 Enabled。

技嘉（Gigabyte）主板：Settings → Miscellaneous（杂项） → AMD fTPM switch 设为 Enabled。

华擎（ASRock）主板：Advanced Mode（按F6）→ Advanced → CPU Configuration → AMD fTPM switch 设为 Enabled。

铭瑄（MAXSUN）主板：Advanced → Trusted Computing → AMD fTPM configuration → Security Device Support 设为 Enabled。

验证是否开启

Windows中按 Win+R 输入 tpm.msc，若显示 “TPM 2.0 已就绪” 即成功。

若提示“找不到兼容TPM”，需重新检查BIOS设置。

二、开启安全启动Secure Boot

华硕（ASUS）主板

UEFI界面：进入 Boot → Secure Boot → 将 OS Type 设为 Windows UEFI mode（开启Secure Boot）。

传统界面：进入 Security → Secure Boot Control → 设为 Enabled。

注意：若Secure Boot灰色不可选，需先关闭CSM（在Boot→CSM→Disabled）。

微星（MSI）主板

关闭CSM：Boot → CSM Support → 设为 Disabled。

开启Secure Boot：Security → Trusted Computing → Secure Boot → 设为 Enabled。

注意：若Secure Boot仍灰色，需更新BIOS至最新版本。

技嘉（GIGABYTE）主板

进入 BIOS Features → Secure Boot → 将 Secure Boot Support 设为 Enabled。

或进入 Security → Default Secure Boot On → 设为 Enable。

华擎（ASRock）主板

进入 Security → Secure Boot → 将状态设为 Enabled。

若需调整模式：Secure Boot Mode 选 Standard（标准模式）。

联想（Lenovo）

Security → Secure Boot 设为 Enabled

戴尔（Dell）

Boot → Secure Boot Enable 勾选 Secure Boot 框

惠普（HP）

System Configuration → Boot Options → Secure Boot 设为 Enable

验证是否开启

Windows中按 Win+R 输入 msinfo32 → 查看 “安全启动状态” 是否为 “开启”。
